Welcome to DDS! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
1. "DDS": refers to the Data-Driven Surveys platform, which integrates with various Data Providers (DPs) to enhance survey experiences.
2. "DPs": refers to the 'Data Providers' that DDS integrates with to enhance survey experiences. Data Providers are third-party services that provide data to DDS.
3. "User", "You", or "Your": refers to anyone who accesses or uses our Service.
4. "Content": includes all materials displayed or performed on the DDS platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, and software.
To access some features of the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.
You must immediately notify DDS of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.
DDS grants you permission to use the Service as set forth in these Terms, provided that: (i) you will not copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Service in any medium; (ii) you will not alter or modify any part of the Service other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose; and (iii) you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms.
By using DDS, you consent to the automatic collection of data from your linked DP accounts as necessary for the functionality of the Service.
You grant DDS permission to access your data via DPs, under the conditions approved by you, solely for the purpose of creating personalized surveys.
All intellectual property rights in the Service and the Content are owned by DDS or DDS's licensors. You may not use any branding or logos used in the Service without prior written consent from DDS.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Service. By using DDS, you agree that DDS can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.
DDS may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
The Service is provided "as is". DDS and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
DDS does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
In no event will DDS, its suppliers, or licensors be liable with respect to any subject matter of these terms under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.
You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Service will be in strict accordance with the DDS Privacy Policy, with these Terms, and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content).
In no event will DDS, its suppliers, or licensors be liable with respect to any subject matter of these terms under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.
DDS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
